The Salespeople’s Charity (formerly the Commercial Travellers’ Benevolent Institution) exists to provide financial support to those who are currently working or have previously worked in a business-to-business sales role, for a minimum of 5 years within the last 10 years, visiting client sites to promote goods and services (field salespeople) and are now facing financial hardship. Field sales roles include those such as commercial sales representative, territory managers, account managers ,manufacturer’s agent and sales engineers, although we acknowledge there are numerous other job titles in use today.

We are a grant-giving charity that provides support directly to business to business salespeople, past and present and which may also be extended to their widows, widowers, partners and dependent children.
